You have probably seen many shows on television about how people hoard several different items, either because they love to shop, or they have collected many articles over time and cannot bear to part with them. It gets to the point where their closets and even their entire homes are filled up completely, and it is nearly impossible to move around. You may know people like this in your own life, or perhaps, you are one of these people. If you are reading this book, then I will assume that the clutter in your space is taking over your life.

You might be wondering what the big deal is. So what if I, or anyone else, collects a lot of items? Well, the stuff is yours, and you have every right to do whatever you want with it. However, what I want to address are the psychological issues that result in clutter building up in your life, as well as the effects the same clutter has on your psyche in the long run.
